MPI-Military Paranormal Investigations
POC:  Jeff Jones
Phone:  940-636-3627
Email:  Contact.us@militaryparanormal.com
Website:  www.militaryparanormal.com
Description:
Our Mission Statement:  MPI-Military Paranormal Investigations is not affiliated to any branch of the military. We are a science-based paranormal research organization of active duty and retired military members, dependents, and/or friends located out of Wichita Falls, Texas. We are dedicated to advancing our and the publics understanding of  uncharacteristic and mysterious paranormal events and activity using state-of-the-art-equipment and investigative techniques.
Our promise is to accumulate, analyze, verify, and document environmental and substantiated information surrounding any and all kinds of paranormal activity. MPI is not a "Ghost Hunting"
organization (meaning we do not intentionally hunt for ghosts), nor do we only deal in hauntings, we are skeptics dedicated to finding all facts while excluding and revealing any possible scientific explanations for such phenomena.

Our aspiration is to research and discover the possibilities of scientific reasons to a field of study which many do not believe to be supported by facts. MPI cannot confirm nor contradict the existence of ghosts, bigfoots, UFOs/aliens, physics, or anything else labeled paranormal due to no "proven" scientific facts, but we will strive to present evidence to support our research towards Parapsychology.

There are no experts in this field, only knowledgeable individuals with experience dealing in the different realms of the paranormal. MPI personnel use their individual experiences and knowledge from different backgrounds to help explain possible reasons of any claimed
paranormal activity.

In addition to the MPI undertaking, we will not offer any service that deals with "ghost busting," this includes "cleansings" and/or "exorcisms." Because this field of study is mostly unknown; if any such research project were to arise, we will do our best to find a reputable professional that can help.

Tecmo Bowl

Description:
Hi, I am starting a Tecmo Bowl club.  Tecmo Bowl is an old school Nintendo football game from 1991.  It still has a strong following thanks to internet forums and several yearly tournaments across the country.  I have held several tournaments in Omaha, Nebraska averaging 15-20 players.  I once played in a 40 person tournament featuring some of the best players in the country.  The goal of this club is to get people together to play the greatest football video game of all time.

We hook a laptop to a flat screen TV via an HDMI cable and use authentic old school Nintendo controls with USB ports.  This makes it easier to setup equipment and obtain multiple gameplay stations if needed.  It also avoids lugging around old CRT televisions, lol.  Same old school gaming experience just a newer approach.  The cool thing about Tecmo Bowl the games only take 10-15 minutes, its fast pace and easy to play, just two buttons.  It’s not as complex and mind numbing as Madden.
The Tecmo Bowl community is always welcoming new players and I can’t wait to get a group started here at Sheppard AFB.  If you got this epic video game for Christmas or your birthday when you were a kid and you remember the end zone to end zone passes or the zig zag runs for touchdowns then come on out and relive the gridiron greatness.

Open Mic Night
POC: Christopher Malone
Email: christopher.malone.6@us.af.mil
Description:
There are so many talented individuals across the world and almost every city that I've been to I've been able to find a venue that has an open mic night where people from all backgrounds can come together to share what they're passionate about. For some, their interest may be music, singing and song writing, poetry, storytelling, even stand-up comedy.  I've been to three different open mic venues in Wichita Falls and was glad that I could find such a friendly/inspiring/relaxing atmosphere that reminded me of the ones I would attend back home(or even the place I found at my last base). I strongly believe that Sheppard Air Force Base is in need of this program and could benefit from having a program/club where once or twice a month people can come together to enjoy a night of good talent. Express your thoughts and feeling in a creative, respectful and positive way. We will meet at the Sheppard Club.
